Return & refund
1. If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivered date. Items returned should be unused, undamaged, with clothes tags and without peculiar smell like perfume, and in original wrappings.
2. If your item is damaged, defective or incorrect upon arrival, please contact us to arrange for your return.
3. A return tracking number will be required for a safe delivery and standard shipping will be recommended.
4. Once we confirm that we receive the returned package, we will arrange the refund for customer according to the process. The refund will back to the original method of payment you used in 1-3 business days after we process it.
Note: Items must not be returned to the address on the package you received. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
1. We can only exchange non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed, and have all tags still attached.
2. Please be aware that we can only exchange the same item for a different size once.
3. Merchandise must be returned in one package-we reserve the right to refuse multiple returns from one order sent at different times.
4. Please note that customers need to pay the shipping fee for return the old item and reship the new item.
